Great service , really nice staff in reception and in restaurant. Food was really nice.
Rooms are old , carpets in the rooms are bit disgusting. No drinks included in dinner (knew that before booking) it is little bit odd, could be just water or some juices. However nice cheap place for your snow weekend

Hotel Hospitality; friendly ,very welcoming. Warm and Clean rooms. Breakfast was great; eggs, sausages; pork & chicken, bacon for those who like it and croissants and other fresh pastries !
The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee, otherwise, all good.

An extraordinary location, just steps from the ski resort. The meals at the Sant Quirze restaurant are excellent value for money. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
Una ubicación extraordinaria, a nada de la estación de esqui. Las comidas en el restaurante sant quirze muy bien relación calidad-precio. El personal del restaurante muy amables y muy predispuestos.
The room is in terrible condition! The hotel is falling apart... for example: 1. The aluminum balcony window would open when you entered the room. We reported this at 8 pm, and maintenance didn't come until 10:30 pm to fix it. It was impossible to fix, and they only managed to put a screw in to secure it so we could sleep without the window being open. Furthermore, the radiator in the room was on full blast, generating unbearable heat, and we couldn't turn it off because the control knob was broken. It couldn't be fixed, so the maintenance guy closed the return valve, but even then, it was impossible to sleep. All this without mentioning that the bathrooms are very neglected: broken towel racks, moldy tiles... the laminate flooring is all loose and deteriorated. In conclusion, they need immediate renovation, as they are in very poor condition.
La habitación esta muy trotada! el hotel se cae a trozos,... es decir: 1. Ventana balcón de aluminio se habría cuando entrabas en la habitación, lo comentamos a las 8 de la tarde, y vino mantenimiento a las 10.30 de la noche, para arreglarla, siendo imposible y poniendo un tornillo para fijarla y poder dormir sin la ventana abierta. Por otra parte el radiador de la habitación, estaba al máximo, generando una calor imposible para dormir, y sin poder cerrarla, ya que estaba rota la ruleta de control. no se pudo arreglar, por lo que el chico de mantenimiento cerro el retorno, pero aún así, era imposible. Todo esto sin contar que los baños están muy dejados, toalleros rotos, baldosas con moho... el suelo esta con laminado rollo parquet, el cual se mueve todo y esta deteriorado.
En conclusión, necesitan unas reforma inmediata, ya que se encuentran en muy mal estado.

A great location if you want to spend a few days skiing and exploring the area. Comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel has a bar that's open until 2 am on weekends and has a good atmosphere for young people.

The location is unbeatable, and Saturday's breakfast was good value for money. The shower water was also very hot, which was a big plus.

The restaurant was outside the hotel; you had to walk about 200 metres. Another thing I think should be mentioned is that this hotel is full of school groups from Sunday to Friday, which means a lot of noise. If anyone is looking for peace and quiet, forget it. The two-hour dinner service was packed with groups of children and the inevitable shouting that comes with it.

The excellent location.

On weekends, there are a lot of people right below the hotel in the evenings and it's very noisy and it's hard to sleep. And then from Sunday and during the week, groups of school children come in and the noise continues.
