Great service , really nice staff in reception and in restaurant. Food was really nice.
Rooms are old , carpets in the rooms are bit disgusting. No drinks included in dinner (knew that before booking) it is little bit odd, could be just water or some juices. However nice cheap place for your snow weekend

Hotel Hospitality; friendly ,very welcoming. Warm and Clean rooms. Breakfast was great; eggs, sausages; pork & chicken, bacon for those who like it and croissants and other fresh pastries !
The only thing that needs improvement is the coffee, otherwise, all good.

A standard hotel, but quite pleasant and well located. Right on a main shopping street with bars, and just 10 minutes from the slopes - very convenient.
The bed could be a little more comfortable. As for the food, there could be some healthier options.

The hotel is very well located for accessing the slopes.
The cafeteria leaves much to be desired, especially if you have school groups. The food quality is significantly lower and there's less variety. The cleanliness of the cafeteria is very poor. There's little variety and the food is of very low quality. However, things change as soon as the school groups leave. It's incomprehensible that if you're not going to offer the same level of service, you should at least give people notice beforehand so they can decide what to do. It's a shame because I've been there several times and each time I see the quality getting worse.

Proximity to the slopes, excellent service from the hotel and restaurant staff
The food during the period when we were there at the same time as school groups wasn't very good—repetitive, fried, just basic fare for kids. Once they left, the food improved considerably. I think that even though there are groups of children, they should consider the families staying there and offer the same food as when the groups aren't present. We also experienced this during our previous stay in January.

An extraordinary location, just steps from the ski resort. The meals at the Sant Quirze restaurant are excellent value for money. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is in terrible condition! The hotel is falling apart... for example: 1. The aluminum balcony window would open when you entered the room. We reported this at 8 pm, and maintenance didn't come until 10:30 pm to fix it. It was impossible to fix, and they only managed to put a screw in to secure it so we could sleep without the window being open. Furthermore, the radiator in the room was on full blast, generating unbearable heat, and we couldn't turn it off because the control knob was broken. It couldn't be fixed, so the maintenance guy closed the return valve, but even then, it was impossible to sleep. All this without mentioning that the bathrooms are very neglected: broken towel racks, moldy tiles... the laminate flooring is all loose and deteriorated. In conclusion, they need immediate renovation, as they are in very poor condition.

It's considerably more expensive than its neighbor, "Taüll." They should set more affordable prices, like the neighboring Hotel Taüll. Skiing is incredibly expensive.

A great location if you want to spend a few days skiing and exploring the area. Comfortable and clean rooms. The hotel has a bar that's open until 2 am on weekends and has a good atmosphere for young people.

I didn't like that you can hear people partying until 2 am. This is the second year I've had to stay in the rooms above the bar, unable to sleep until 2:30 am.

The location is unbeatable, and Saturday's breakfast was good value for money. The shower water was also very hot, which was a big plus.
The room window didn't close completely, the bathroom ceiling was about to fall down, the shower head couldn't be held while showering, the room radiator couldn't be closed, Friday's breakfast had overripe crushed tomatoes and was sour (we complained to the waitresses) and the bar below the hotel had music until the early hours of the morning preventing us from resting.

Spacious and bright room
Habitación amplia y luminosa
The restaurant was outside the hotel; you had to walk about 200 metres. Another thing I think should be mentioned is that this hotel is full of school groups from Sunday to Friday, which means a lot of noise. If anyone is looking for peace and quiet, forget it. The two-hour dinner service was packed with groups of children and the inevitable shouting that comes with it.

The excellent location.
La ubicació excel·lent.
On weekends, there are a lot of people right below the hotel in the evenings and it's very noisy and it's hard to sleep. And then from Sunday and during the week, groups of school children come in and the noise continues.
