The cleanliness. Especially the kitchen. We had to clean the dishes again, there were oily pans... and breadcrumbs all over the countertop. I would change things, for example, for families... make the central area of the apartments more child-friendly, with decent playgrounds. Activities for children... The refrigerator is very small for a family of 6 staying for only 3 days! We ran out of bread at the bakery at 9:15 am... I will book again, but there's just one thing that needs improvement... please check the cleaning thoroughly... mainly because you should leave the apartment clean, but if you find it in poor condition, with dust even on the hairdryer and radiators, breadcrumbs in the kitchen, oily pans... (We wasted 15 minutes giving it a quick wipe with disinfectant when we arrived and that was it). Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you.

La cocina sobre todo. Tuvimos que limpiar la vajilla de nuevo, sartenes con aceite... y migas de pan por toda la encimera.
Cambiaría, por ejemplo, para las familias... acondicionar la zona del centro de los apartamentos a los niños, parques en condiciones.
Actividades para los mas pequeños...
La nevera para una familia de 6 que solo se aloja para 3 dias, es muy justa!!!
En la panadería nos quedamos sin pan a las 9.15h de la mañana... Volveré a reservar, pero sólo un detalle que hay que mejorar... por favor, revisar bien la limpieza.. mas que nada porque tienes que salir con el apartamento limpio, pero si te lo encuentras regular, polvo hasta en el secador y radiadores, cocina con migas de pan, sartenes con aceite.. (Perdimos 15 minutos en dar un repaso de sanitol al llegar y listo). Por lo demás, todo genial. Gracias.

Excellent location, incredibly close to the slopes. The apartment had just the essentials; there were five of us, so five single beds, and it was only really for sleeping since you spend the rest of the day skiing. The buffet was basic but decent. The beds were comfortable (in my opinion).

The fridge doesn't cool, the Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the rooms aren't very soundproofed, so you can hear all the noise from the hallway. The pillows are as thin as a sheet of paper.

The room was like a sauna; it was 30°C. The reception staff weren't helpful at all. Furthermore, the sofa beds were incredibly uncomfortable; both the mattresses and the pillows were in terrible condition. It was impossible to sleep; we couldn't get any rest.
