I spent a great weekend here with some friends. Very friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms and close proximity to the ski station. Incredible views of the mountains and everything you'd need in a self-catering apartment.
We did have a slight issue with the heating as the rooms were very warm even with the radiators turned off. But we just opened a few windows and the problem was solved.

The aparthotel Augusta was excellent. I went with my girlfriend for the weekend and the facilities, the staff and room was very clean. We opted for the breakfast and the dinner and both were very good. They had a nice combinations of options (in the case of the breakfast) and the dinner was also delicious. At dinner I asked for a dish that later on I regretted and the lady kindly told me that she could change it. Best option ever. The view from the hotel couldn't be better. We only regret not having tried the spa.
Esquiades should provide the GPS coordinates to get to the aparhotel. Especially when the town is covered in snow and you can't see much in the darkness.

La ubicació és molt bona i el bufet de l’esmorzar excel.lent!!
- no es pot reservar el pàrquing ni per carregar el cotxe amb abtelació. Un hotel de 4 estrelles no pot només tenir un carregador amb un endoll normal de paret.
- l’spa, l’aigua està massa freda. Quan portes una estona tens fred.
- hem estat moltes vegades en aquest hotel i hem notat la falta de manteniment: quèia aigua per la mampara de la dutxa, dutxa que no rajava bé, finestra del lavabo amb el plàstic pq no es vegi des de fora trencat, llit del menjador incomodíssim
- poc respecte de la gent a l’hora de circular pels passadissos de nit.
- haver de triar horari d’esmorzar en funció del dia que arribis. Ens van proposar esmorzar o a les 7 del matí o a les 9.30h. Finalment ho van arreglar i ens van dir que si trucaves dos dies abans ho podies reservar.

Dinner and breakfast times. If you arrive late to the hotel on the first day, you have no options to choose your dinner and breakfast times and are forced to choose whatever is available for your entire stay. In our case, breakfast was only available at 9:00 AM. Furthermore, breakfast was a disaster on some days. There were no plates, no cutlery, and many of the food items hadn't been restocked. The only solution was to wait even longer.
Horarios de cena y desayuno. Si llegas tarde al hotel el primer día, te quedas sin opciones para elegir el horario de cena y desayuno y te obligan a elegir lo que quede durante toda tu estancia. En nuestro caso únicamente disponible desayuno a las 9h.
Por otra parte, el desayuno alguno de los días era un desastre. No había platos, ni cubiertos, ni de muchos de los alimentos que no se habían repuesto. La solución esperar todavía más.

There weren't enough staff for the number of guests, and the staff were clearly burned out. The dining room was cramped. We were given shifts for breakfast and dinner, and sometimes we couldn't choose because it was either too late or too early. Some days, the service was so delayed that we didn't even get dinner. On the first day, there was no hot water in the shower. Overall, it doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. It's noticeably neglected, and they clearly tried to cut costs too much.
Poco personal para la cantidad de gente que habia, el personal esta quemado, no habia suficiente espacio en el comedor. Nos daban turnos para desayunar y para cenar, algunas veces no podias elegir i era muy tarde o muy pronto. Algunos días iban con tanto retraso que no llegamos a cenar. El primer dia no habia agua caliente en la ducha. En general no parece un hotel de 4 estrellas. Se nota descuidado y que han intentado ahorrar demasiado.

The apartments are spacious, with ample storage, and the restaurant service is excellent, offering a wide variety of good food. The hotel is easily accessible, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The price-quality ratio is very fair.

The high price at the pool and spa area: €20 for 1 hour 30 minutes.

The dining room organization is quite chaotic; they have shifts for breakfast and dinner. Sometimes we had to wait a long time to get a table for our shift. And sometimes the food arrived cold.

The apartment cleaning wasn't done properly; the floors were dirty, I think because they were cleaning with dirty brushes. The spa was small.
