4. Your Booking
4.1. Booking Process
In order to confirm the booking, Boitaullresort.com will ask you to pay a deposit and you will have to do within 24 hours. If you do not comply with this time frame, Boitaullresort.com reserves the right to cancel your booking.
If the payment is made by credit/debit card, the bank will confirm the transaction by generating a payment reference and will provide it to Boitaullresort.com. This payment code will act as link between your card and booking ID and will also serve as an authorisation code for future charges in order to simplify the payment process for you.
Boitaullresort.com reserves the right to modify the payment terms of any offer that appears on the website. The information regarding the payment terms will appear on the offer you are searching.
By making a booking on the Boitaullresort.com website you are giving the travel agency authorisation to proceed to charge the final amount via the payment method of your choice.

4.3. Booking Confirmation Voucher
Once you have paid your booking, Boitaullresort.com will send you a confirmation voucher to the e-mail address you provided during the booking process. This voucher serves a receipt and you must hand it in at reception upon arrival. If you have also included extras in your booking, you will be asked to print out extra copies of your confirmation voucher. This information will appear on your confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation voucher, please contact our customer service.
By receiving your booking confirmation voucher, Boitaullresort.com is also confirming that you have complement payment process. However, some accommodations may ask for your credit card upon arrival to use as a guarantee in case of any damages caused during your stay.
Once the holiday is over, you may contact our customer service and request to receive an invoice via www.boitaullresort.com. By doing so, you are giving authorisation to receive the invoice via e-mail to the address you have provided during the booking process. If you wish to receive the invoice by post, make sure to make this request via www.boitaullresort.com.
4.4. Storage of the confirmation voucher
Boitaullresort.com informs you that the confirmation voucher serves as a contract between the customer and the travel agency and will be stored in the companies' filing system.
4.5. Contacting you
During the booking process you will be asked to provide an e-mail address and contact number. Boitaullresort.com will have access to your contact details in case our customer service needs to send you some information via e-mail.
If we cannot reach you via e-mail, Boitaullresort.com will use the contact numbers you have provided. If our customer service cannot locate you on your phone numbers, they will once again proceed to send you the information via e-mail.

Please note that bookings with special or non-refundable rates cannot be amended unless otherwise specified. If you proceed to confirm the amendment regardless of the charges, you will be asked to proceed to the corresponding payment.
7.1. If you cancel your booking
If you wish to cancel your booking, you will have to contact customer service via our contact panel on Boitaullresort.com and will have to cover the cancellation charges that will appear during the booking process.

9. If we change or cancel your booking
We reserve the right to cancel or change your booking if you do not pay the balance of the holiday price on time. We may also have to cancel your travel arrangements for example, if the hotel has decided to close, there’s overbooking or or any other reason beyond our control. Boitaullresort.com will offer you a replacement holiday of equivalent or similar standard and price if we are able to offer you one. If you do not accept the alternative, Boitaullresort.com will proceed to cancel your booking, in which case you shall receive a full refund of all monies paid.
10. Prices and taxes
All prices we advertise are accurate at the date published and the price shown is per person, per stay (VAT included). Please note that in certain regions of Spain and countries, there’s a tourism tax and you will be asked to pay it upon arrival. This tax is not included in the price of your booking.
The different offers that are published on the website will include a description of the services that are also included in the price. Any service that does not appear in the description will be considered as an extra.
Unless specified otherwise, VISAS, extra legal documentation, vaccination or any other extra administration service is not included in the booking price.
Boitaullresort.com reserves the right to cancel your booking if there are evident mistakes in the booking description such as price or a typographical error that will lead to a cancellation by the service provider.
11. If you cancel your booking (package holidays)
You may transfer your booking to another person, providing the following conditions are met. Yourself and the new person will cover the amendment chargers as well as the possible balance of the booking. The new person complies with the terms of the existing booking.
You provide us with at least 7 days' notice and authorise the change in writing via our website.
12. Your liability
Taking into account the liabilities we have established in the General Terms and Conditions as well as in the specific terms of each offer, in order to guarantee good service, you also need to comply with the following:

If you have a complaint whilst away, you must immediately notify the supplier of the service in question (e.g. your hotelier) and complete a report form whilst in resort.

Ensure that all members of the group have the correct and valid documentation for travelling.
The lead traveller and all the rest of the members of the booking should carry the correct documents (children and underaged travellers included) to gain access to any country/ region included in the travel arrangements which you purchase from us. Please note that any extra charges for VISAS and other legal documents are not included in the booking price.
We have no liability to you for any cost, loss or damage which you suffer, nor will we refund you the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangements. Please check with the embassy or consulate of the countries to which you are travelling. We cannot accept responsibility for any failure to comply resulting in any costs or fines being incurred and we advise you to check with your passport office or the consulate in question if you have any queries.

13. Our liability
Our obligations, and those of our suppliers providing any service or facility included in your holiday, are to take reasonable skill and care to arrange for the provision of such services and facilities. You must show that reasonable skill and care has not been used if you wish to make any claim.
We shall have no liability where the cause of the failure to provide your holiday is not due to any fault on our part because:
i) it is attributable to you.
ii) it is attributable to someone unconnected with your holiday and is unforeseeable or unavoidable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised, or an event which neither we, nor our agents or suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled, or related to any consequential loss not directly connected to the contract with us.
iii) it is due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.The defects are due to an event that Boitaullresort.com or, where appropriate, the organizer of the trip, despite having put all the necessary diligence, could not foresee or overcome.
Boitaullresort.com will not be responsible for any type of compensation for the loss of any independent service that has not been included in the travel contract (for example, Boitaullresort.com will not be responsible if you have booked extra nights directly with the hotel and wish to make a claim for those nights) even when the holiday must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient number of people to make the holiday, as long as the customer has been informed about this situation in advance.
In case of damages, you will be asked to provide documentation to prove they have not been caused by you.
Our liability shall be limited to a maximum of three times the cost of your travel arrangements.

15. Package Travel Regulations

19.1. Quality of the accommodation
